[Thursday, January 22, 2026 ~ Saturday, January 24, 2026] Samkwang Co., Ltd. held the ‘2026 Business Plan Presentation and Leadership Workshop’ at The K Hotel in Gyeongju for approximately 30 executives and team leaders over two nights and three days to share the 2026 management strategy and strengthen organizational leadership. 

On the first day, the execution roadmap for eight key tasks centered on the company-wide business plan and sales expansion strategy was shared. This was followed by discussions on new revenue generation plans and implementation directions by business division. Additionally, the workshop included reviewing research institute tasks and sharing operational status, discussing plans to maximize new revenue streams, and planning task force activities. A 3S/6S inspection to enhance on-site operational standards and the selection of improvement tasks were also conducted. Furthermore, key agendas for strengthening mid-to-long-term competitiveness were addressed, including plans to enhance AI utilization, external cooperation strategies, and global workforce management directions.

The workshop concluded with team-building training to foster a trust-based collaborative culture and strengthen cohesion within the organization. Time was also dedicated to broadening consensus on organizational operations through communication between executives and team leaders.

Through this leadership workshop, Samkwang Co., Ltd. shared action-oriented strategies for 2026 and created an opportunity to further strengthen leadership and collaboration capabilities across the entire organization.
