Samkwang Co., Ltd. conducted a training program for approximately 30 executives and team leaders on the second day of its ‘2026 Business Plan Presentation and Leadership Workshop,’ held over two nights and three days at The K Hotel in Gyeongju.

Samkwang Co., Ltd. aimed this training to redefine the role of leaders in a rapidly changing business environment and to strengthen collaboration and communication within the organization.

The training emphasized the importance of recognizing changes in the corporate environment and developing corresponding strategies, particularly stressing that establishing a smooth communication system among members is essential in this era of change.

It also covered the process of expanding an individual leader's vision into the organization's overall vision and the importance of presenting a vision that resonates with members. Training was provided on identifying causes of communication breakdowns within the organization based on understanding generational differences and methods for intergenerational communication.

Executives and team leaders who attended the training shared diverse perspectives, deepening their understanding of leadership, organizational communication, and interviewer competency enhancement.
