[Wednesday, March 25, 2026] Samkwang Co., Ltd. held a leadership training session for team leaders from various departments. This training was designed to help participants assess their individual strengths and leadership styles based on self-awareness and to redefine their roles within the organization.

During the program, participants identified their leadership types and areas for improvement through a strengths assessment, followed by case-based coaching and discussions. In particular, in-depth conversations centered on questions such as “In what situations do I best demonstrate my strengths?”, “How do my team members perceive me as a leader?”, and “What aspects of my current leadership need improvement?”

Furthermore, by sharing insights among team leaders on topics directly applicable to their daily work, the session served as an opportunity to reaffirm the importance of communication and collaboration within the organization.

Through this training, participants had the chance to objectively reflect on their leadership and clarify the direction needed for team management. 

The team leaders who attended the training shared their thoughts, saying, “I rarely had the chance to reflect on myself amid my busy work schedule, but this training allowed me to clearly recognize my strengths and weaknesses.” They added, “It gave me an opportunity to rethink how I communicate with my team members, and I look forward to applying these insights to my actual work.”
