[Wednesday, July 8, 2026] Kim Jin-woo, CEO of Samkwang Co., Ltd., conducted an on-site inspection of the India Business Division.

During this on-site management visit, he reviewed the India Business Division’s current production operations and the implementation status of automation equipment, and examined key tasks aimed at improving productivity and strengthening manufacturing competitiveness.

CEO Jinwoo Kim emphasized the importance of improving process efficiency through the use of automated equipment and effective workforce management. He also reviewed management strategies by examining work methods and workforce allocation for each process to ensure they lead to tangible productivity gains.

Furthermore, he discussed ways to strengthen collaboration with the Vietnam Business Division. He stressed the need to actively share best practices in automated equipment operation and process improvement, and to mutually apply best practices across subsidiaries to collectively enhance the manufacturing competitiveness of the company’s global production facilities.

CEO Jinwoo Kim stated, “Since automation is a key initiative for boosting production efficiency, it must be implemented in a way that suits the specific conditions on the shop floor.” He added, “Basic management practices such as the 3S and 6S are the starting point for stable production,” and urged employees to “continuously inspect and improve even the smallest details on the shop floor.”

Samkwang Co., Ltd. plans to continue its field-centered management approach and strengthen the foundation for stable operations across each business division.
