[Tuesday, July 21, 2026] Samgwang WinTech Co., Ltd. announced that it is participating in the “Regional Partnership-Based Disparity Mitigation Support Project,” organized by the Gyeongbuk Automotive Embedded Research Institute, and is carrying out environmental improvement work to create a safe working environment and upgrade aging facilities.

These environmental improvements were planned to minimize the financial burden of replacing aging equipment by actively utilizing government support programs and to systematically improve industrial, safety, and production conditions within the workplace. 

Samkwang WinTech Co., Ltd. secured 17 million won in funding through this project and plans to carry out the environmental improvement work from August 1 to 9.

Key improvements include the installation of new “local exhaust ventilation systems” in the assembly process at Plant 2 to completely prevent worker exposure to hazardous substances such as specially controlled substances and dust at the source, and the complete replacement of aging ducts and fans in the cafeterias at Plants 2 and 4 to improve the working environment for cafeteria staff.

Moving forward, Samkwang WinTech Co., Ltd. will continue to inspect and address safety hazards on-site to create a comfortable and safe working environment, and plans to continue its sustainable workplace operations that prioritize the health and safety of its employees.
