This month's meeting was held at the company's India operations in conjunction with CEO Jinwoo Kim's overseas business trip.

In particular, CEO Jinwoo Kim wore traditional Indian attire in celebration of Diwali, one of India's most important festivals, demonstrating his respect and appreciation for Indian culture.

During the Best Improvement Suggestion Award ceremony, **Junyoung Choi, a Professional from the Injection Molding Part of the India Business Division under the Global MD Division**, received the award in recognition of his contributions to reducing manufacturing costs and improving product quality through enhancements to the mold gate structure.

In his monthly address, CEO Jinwoo Kim emphasized:

"One of the key areas I have consistently emphasized recently is improving work processes through the use of AI.

Not every answer provided by AI is necessarily correct. The results depend on the questions we ask, which is why we must continuously ask questions, review the responses, and seek better solutions. Ultimately, final decisions and execution must always remain in human hands.

Improving work processes through AI should not end with simply developing improvement proposals. We must continuously analyze and refine our approaches to reduce working hours and enhance operational efficiency.

In addition, each business division must continuously pursue innovation and cost-reduction initiatives to achieve profitability. Rather than focusing solely on reducing defect rates, we must also quantify and address the additional quality-related costs resulting from defects.

Above all, getting the fundamentals right is essential. We must actively utilize AI to continuously review our existing work processes, eliminate unnecessary costs, reduce excess inventory, and translate these efforts into tangible profits.

With only two months remaining in the year, I encourage everyone to approach their responsibilities with greater initiative and dedication, and to do their utmost to finish the year on a strong note."
