On Thursday, June 27, 2024, from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM, Samkwang conducted a systemic team coaching session for its executives.

This session followed the one held on June 10, with six executives participating.

Systemic team coaching aims to enhance team performance by considering the entire system (organization, stakeholders, external environment) rather than just individual growth.

The session included stakeholder interviews and a SWOT analysis of the company.

Executives appreciated the opportunity to hear employees' feedback and discuss the company's SWOT, allowing for meaningful discussions on what is needed for Samkwang's future transformation.
